Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

If your order includes made-to-order or custom items, please allow additional time for production.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Please note: These estimates do not include processing time.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary by country.


Shipping Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Additional fees for reshipping returned packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it after the reshipping fee is paid.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.

However, if your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received,

  • Lost, or

  • Arrives damaged,

please contact us at joseph.claudio@gmail.com and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.


Preorders & Made-to-Order Items

Some items may need additional production time.
Estimated lead times will be shown on the product page when applicable.
