Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Most of our products are made-to-order 3D prints, which are considered custom items. These cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue.
For damaged or defective items, please include clear photos of the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
